Despite how Mercy wants to work as a freelance virtual admin assistant she just cannot fathom how she would conduct her daily work. She ended up searching for call centers in the city that offers such a job role to applicants. Mercy found one such a call center, it really is a small contact center but it was more than enough for Mercy. She saw this huge advertisement on the local paper’s classified ads and she readily sent her resume and application to the email address that was posted. After a series of examination and interviews she got the job. She is now a virtual admin support provider for a busy developer in Duluth Minnesota and her tasks vary from with each day. But she has the same rest days which are always on weekends. The other day when we had dinner and she mentioned that her boss actually asked of her opinion on the question “are unemployment benefits subject to social security tax?” Of course she was not asked to respond immediately it was more like an assignment. Apart from this she was actually asked to collect data on unemployment benefits social security in each of the 48 states in the US. She is asked to provide results within the week and she thinks she has ample time to finish it.
