A drink from the water cooler before the big match

On Wednesday night it is the big one, Inter Milan versus Chelsea in what could determine the winner of the Champions league.  I am going to make a night of this one as I am having friends round for dinner. I am stopping at my wifes mothers house as they have gone on holiday to the Dominican Republic and I am looking after her dogs, lady and Lu Lu. 

I am deciding on what to cook for my guests.  I thought that a drink from both the water cooler and the drinking fountain would aid my thougt process and I was right.  I have decided on sticky ribs, Corn on the cob and jacket potato with a nice bottle of wine.

I think our guests are coming around at 7pm, but before they arrive I have got to go home as I have the boiler repair man coming around to look at my ideal combi boiler which I believe has a faulty thermostat.  I am praying that it doesn’t cost too much to repair as I am skint this month.  Fortunately I have managed to get one of our Engineers who services water coolers at work, his brother in law to come and look at the boiler and he thinks as I did that it may be the thermostat or even the pump.  If he arrives promptly at 5pm it shouldn’t take him  much longer than an hour which will give me plenty of time to go to the shop to get a bottle of wine and then get over to Dudley to the mother in laws for the food.
